Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of extortion in the Goyang Branch of the District Court on February 7, 2013 and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 16, 2013.
As the head of C Association Kimpo-si branch, the Defendant, as the head of C Association Kimpo-si branch, came into a singing practice room located in Kimpo-si, where E, the Defendant’s seat of the Defendant, provided entertainment services and entertainment services, and was willing to take money in a way of intimidation by showing the motion picture taken against the proprietor of the singing practice room.
1. 2. On June 11, 2012, Defendant A and D’s joint crimes committed by Defendant A and D, according to the above mother’s mother, enter the K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K-based operated in Kimpo-si, and drinked the face of the knish, and the knife the knife of the knife to Defendant A.
