A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

3,068,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusions, theft, etc. in the Suwon District Court, and was released on July 31, 2016 in an Ansan Prison on the execution of the sentence.

The Defendant: (a) sold a copy of a foreigner registration certificate that contains personal information, such as foreigner registration number, name, and nationality, kept in the operation of a mobile phone sales store with B (Suspension of Prosecution on July 10, 2018; and (b) C, C, D (A) and E (A (C, on August 16, 2018, sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year and six months), etc.; or (c) conspired to have the foreigner arbitrarily opened the prepaid mobile phone core chips in the name of the foreigner and sell and divide profits therefrom; (b) the Defendant established a mobile phone sales store with a separate communications company, such as FF, G, L, H, L, and L; and (c) concluded a contract with the relevant foreigner on a mobile phone sales store; and (d) performed the role of opening the prepaid chips by forging documents in the name of the relevant foreigner; and (e) planned to sell the mobile phone chips under the name of the relevant foreigner.

On July 17, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document, and forged an application for new subscription to a prior mobile phone in the name of "L", which is a private document on another person's rights and obligations, with the intention of using a copy of an alien registration certificate in the name of "L" provided through B as an attachment file to the Defendant via B, and then arbitrarily write "L" and "M" in the name of "L" into the customer column of the application form for new subscription to a prior mobile phone, using a copy of an alien registration certificate in the name of "L" provided through B as an attachment file to the Defendant, and then forged the application form for new subscription to a prior mobile phone in the name of another person for the purpose of exercising the signature of "L" on the same day.
