As to the crime of the first-class or the second-class crime of the judgment of the defendant, two months of imprisonment, and the first-class or second-class crime of the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in Seoul Southern District Court for 8 months, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 4, 2015.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On Apr. 22, 2012, around early 22:00, the Defendant, without following necessary procedures, embezzled 100,000 won check, which was lost by the victim on his/her name, located far from the parking lot bed in the public parking lot located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, and one unclaimed wall on the market price containing 20,000 won in cash, and returned to the victim; and

B. On May 10, 2013, around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) found one of the instant victims on the name unclaimed on the street located on the street in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, who lost the road; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it as he/she had on his/her own, without taking necessary procedures, and embezzled it;

C. On July 1, 2013, around 02:00, the Defendant, at around 02:0, found one finger of the grandchildren in the market value lost by the victim under the name in the vicinity of the Domcheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on its Domcheon-do Domcheon-do, without following necessary procedures, such as returning the victim, and embezzled it as he/she had on his/her own idea, without following necessary procedures such as:

D. E. The Defendant, around 01:00 on September 201, 201, took necessary procedures, such as acquiring a half-lane of the U.S. on the market price at which the victim, who was located far away from the area D located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, lost the area, and returning it to the victim.
