Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) committed sexual traffic by having 150,000 won and 33 years old sexual intercourses with D (the age of 33) a woman sexual traffic, which is a woman sexual traffic, with a smartphone-rating app (C), from 203 in the Seocho-si Building B in early 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
