1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a licensed real estate agent with the trade name “D Licensed Real Estate Agent” in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu. The Defendant is a company running the construction business.
B. On June 4, 2015, the land prior to the said subdivision was originally owned by F. The ownership transfer registration under the name of the Defendant was completed on the grounds of sale on March 6, 2015, when the said G was divided into the land of 845.3 square meters in Young-gu, Young-gu and H 452.4 square meters in Tae-gu, Young-si (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) and on June 10, 2015, with respect to the said G land on the grounds of sale on March 6, 2015.
C. On July 31, 2015, the registration of ownership transfer in the M’s name was completed on March 6, 2015 with respect to the said land, which was originally owned by K and L 1/2 shares.

2. On December 2014, the Plaintiff’s assertion was requested by O, a director of the Defendant and N’s representative director, to identify the site that the Defendant would build Bara, and the Plaintiff introduced each of the instant land to O, and notified O of the intention to sell each of the instant land at KRW 8.5 million per square year from the seller of each of the instant land, and the instant land at KRW 8.5 million from the seller of each of the instant land, and notified the Plaintiff of the intention to sell the instant land at KRW 8 million per square year. The Plaintiff confirmed the register of real estate and the confirmation of the land use plan, and explained the current status along with O, and provided an on-site answer with O with an explanation of the overall status of each of the instant lands.
O The land No. 2 of this case is not in the shape of the land, and the price of the land before the division is difficult to purchase the land before the division, but thereafter, the price of the land before the division is calculated by telephone to the Plaintiff at a level of eight million won per square.
