When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2014, at around 14:45, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, operated B New Flap car from approximately 150 meters away from the front of the Chuncheon Hospital located in the Busan Jincheon-dong, to the front of the 4th class in the same Dong.
