A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 28, 2010, from around 04:00 to 05:00 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s restaurant business by: (a) under the reason that the cash register located in the carcter in the I restaurant operated by the victim H of the victim H in Chuncheon was prevented; (b) “Ig H Chewing, rings, and inside, ice walked on the old day; (c) whether I wish to engage in funeral; and (d) whether I want to do so; and (c) it does not interfere with the victim’s restaurant business by force.”
