Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defamation;
A. At around 08:40 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the Defendant’s friendly E on the front of the C Elementary School located in Jinju-si B; (b) on the ground that the Defendant: (c) committed assault against the Defendant’s friendly E; (d) the security guards from the police officers of the victim so that she can see the village residents F and G, etc. passing through, the security officers: (e) the civilian officers were assaulted and scam (Attempted murder) with respect to each of the following crimes: (a) the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) a white paper (a) stating that she would be punished by the law, stating that she would be at least 106 cm and 77 cm; and (b) she would be punished by the law.
B. On July 5, 2013, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 08:30.
