[2013고단2354] 피고인은 2012. 12. 26. 16:30경부터 18:00경까지 서울 종로구 D에 있는 피해자 ㈜E 안국센터 앞 인도에서, (주)E에서 개설한 심신수련 교육인 ‘F’ 과정을 5,000만 원을 내고 수강하였으나 피고인의 건강과 결혼생활이 오히려 악화되었다는 이유로 ‘G 기운 받아 VIP인생 된다며 5,000만 원 뜯어간 E!! 내 돈 돌려내고 이혼녀된 내 인생 보상하라!!’라고 적힌 가로 60cm , 세로 100cm 가량 크기의 피켓 1개를 들고 서 있었다.

In addition, the Defendant, from the above date to May 6, 2013, from the above date to May 19:10, 2013, cited diskettes containing the above contents in the way where many unspecified persons pass over 113 times in total, such as the attached list I, and thereby, damaged the honor of the victim E in charge of the settlement of disputes by openly pointing out facts.

[2013고단6888] 피고인은 2013. 5. 7. 12:20경부터 13:10경까지 사이에 서울 중구 H에 있는 E 명동센터 앞 인도에서, 주식회사 E에서 개설한 심신수련 교육인 ‘F’ 과정을 5,000만 원을 내고 수강하였으나 피고인의 건강과 결혼생활이 오히려 악화되었다는 이유로 ‘G 기운 받아 VIP인생 된다며 5,000만 원 뜯어간 E!! 내 돈 돌려내고 이혼녀된 내 인생 보상하라!!’라고 적힌 ‘가로 60cm , 세로 100cm ’ 가량 크기의 피켓 1개를 들고 서 있었다.
