A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated psychotropic drugs as follows JW-018 and 5F-UR-144 (referred to as XLR-11, hereinafter “EXE-11”).
1. On November 28, 2015, the Defendant, at around 15:44 to 16:44, purchased approximately 20,000 ml from the E Station located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, via Kwikset-11, approximately 2ml from the E Station located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and purchased approximately 17:00 to 23:00 ml from the E Station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to H in the way of drying up approximately 20,000 ml from the E Station located in Gangnam-gu.
2. On November 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on November 28, 2015, on the second floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I building, xel-11, xel-11, and smoked in a way of smoking tobacco by putting a stalter with a string in front of the tobacco.
3. On January 12, 2016, the Defendant, around 18:00, received xel-11, which was delivered by F to Kwikset service, around approximately 2ml, from Kwikset-11, prior to Kwikset, at approximately 18:0 to 23:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 200,000 xel-11 in the vicinity of K Station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
4. On January 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 24:00, on the second floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I Building, told the front part of the tobacco to xel-11, and smoked in a way that smoking a cigarette by putting the cigarette in a string manner.
5. On January 13, 2016, the Defendant, around 17:00, received xel-11, which was sent by F to Kwikset service via Kwikset service, and purchased approximately KRW 20,000 xel-11ml in the vicinity of K Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul at approximately 17:0 to 23:00 on the same day.
6. The Defendant around 19:00 on February 5, 2016, via Kwikset Service in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Mwikset.
