Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on February 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim E (the 56-year-old age) on the street in front of the branch office of the foreign exchange bank located in Sim-si, Simk, on the ground that the victim E (the 56-year-old age-) was engaged in the old-point coordinate from the Defendant’s old-point store; and (b) committed assault against the victim, such as using the victim’s chest part once.
