A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those engaged in driving a B rocketing car;

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) shall continue to drive the said rocketing car immediately after the occurrence of the traffic accident as set forth in paragraph (1) before the J of the Suwon-gu.
