Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:50 on October 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.119% in the 9km section from the front of a mutually influent restaurant in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front road of about 9km-dong 133-33, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving the said rocketing car.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as above at the time of the preceding port, driven the said car, and driven the four-lane road of 133-33 degrees in Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, along with three-lanes from the distance of the network.
