A shall be punished by imprisonment of 10 months, by imprisonment of 8 months, and by a fine of 1,00,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and persons without a name;

A. On March 2013, 2013, Defendant A paid KRW 100,000 to the names in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, for the alteration of the odometer of the Kussscam car at D, and requested Defendant A to change the odometer of the Kuscam car at approximately KRW 120,000,000, from approximately 120,000 to approximately 117,00,000 meters of the odometer of the Cscam car at the time of request for the alteration of the odometer.

B. On August 2014, Defendant A paid KRW 100,000 to the needy in the Seogu Cultural Center located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, for the alteration of the mileage of the EV cruise car, and Defendant A requested Defendant A to change the odometer of the EV cruise car by using the 106,77km from the 106,000km to the 92,00km from the 106,77km to the 92,00km from the 106,00km.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with the above person in an infinite name, changed the odometer.

2. Joint crimes committed by the defendant B and the deceased;

A. On May 8, 2014, Defendant B paid KRW 100,000 to his name in the alleyway near the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, for the alteration of the mileage of a vehicle. Defendant B requested F to change the odometer of a vehicle, and Defendant B changed the odometer of a vehicle from 93,660 km to 73,660 km by an irregular method after being requested by Defendant B to change the odometer as above.

B. On May 12, 2014, Defendant B: (a) provided KRW 100,000 to the name in the alleyway near the Y-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu; (b) requested to change the odometer of GVS car; and (c) the name influor was requested by Defendant B to change the odometer as above.
