A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) entered the Defendant’s residence (hereinafter “E”), “F,” with the computers of Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Loans of KRW 10,000,000,000,000 from A on May 2, 2011; (b) entered the said borrowed money as “E, the joint guarantor F, and E”) and signed F, following the E’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a loan certificate in the name of E/F, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On September 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for a payment order with the Suwon District Court, the Suwon District Court, the 70-ro 212 Sinyang-ro 70-ro, Jeonyang-si, an obligor, and (b) submitted the forged loan certificate to an employee who could not know his/her name that he/she was forged and exercised it as if he/she were duly formed.

3. On September 4, 2013, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) applied for a payment order to pay KRW 10,000,000,000 to the Gyeyang District Court’s Ansan Branch’s Defendant as the victim F to pay the borrowed money; (b) submitted the forged loan certificate to the above court; (c) received a payment order decision from the above court by deceiving the above court; and (d) filed an objection by the victim; (c) around February 5, 2014, the Defendant lost the Plaintiff and did not commit any attempted act

4. Around March 12, 2014, the Defendant drafted a false complaint against E.

The defendant's complaint "on May 2, 201, the defendant found the complainant on May 2, 201 and the money is required to be paid in the same year."

6.
