A, C, and D Each fine of 4,000,000 won, Defendant B, and E each fine of 2,00,000,000 won, Defendant F shall be punished by fine of 5,00,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 30, 2013, an accident (Defendant E) committed with I and J intentionally took an accident at a place promised in advance, and by sharing the identity of the perpetrator and the victim, as if a traffic accident was likely to occur, H conspired to receive insurance proceeds from an insurance company, and solicited the Defendant, who is a sponsor of the accident, to take part in the accident.
On January 30, 2013, around 17:14, 2013, H driven 5 MM5 vehicles on the Lwing road located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and the defendant was on board the said vehicle, while J was driving Npoter 2 vehicles and followed the said SM5 vehicles on purpose.
Since then, the J received a traffic accident from the victim LIG Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in the same place, and it received the total amount of KRW 11,351,680 from the victim as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
Accordingly, the Defendant received property by deceiving the victim in collusion with I, J and H.
2. On March 17, 2013, Defendant D and F subscribed to receive insurance proceeds from an insurance company by intentionally taking out an accident at a place promised in advance with O, P, I, Q, and R, and by sharing the roles of the perpetrator and the victim as if the traffic accident occurred.
On March 17, 2013, Q, around 01:25, is driving RM7 vehicles in front of the building in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, while driving the said SM7 vehicle, Defendant F and P are carried on in the said SM7 vehicle, and I driven the U rocketing other vehicle and driven the said SM7 vehicle by Defendant D andO on the said rocketing other vehicle, and followed the said SM7 vehicle on purpose.
Since then, Defendant D received a traffic accident from the victim LIG Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. as soon as the traffic accident occurred, while driving the said rocketing vehicle at the above location.
