1. Basic facts

A. With respect to the Plaintiff’s vehicle C (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s vehicle”), the Defendant is an insurer who has concluded each automobile insurance contract with respect to DOE (hereinafter “Defendant OE”).

2. The parties' assertion and judgment

A. (1) The Plaintiff’s instant accident, despite having entered the intersection to turn to the left, shall be deemed to have occurred when Defendant Oba, while driving the Plaintiff’s vehicle in a straight fashion without examining the movement of the Plaintiff’s vehicle and shocking the Plaintiff’s vehicle, to the extent of 70% of the negligence ratio by Defendant Oba.
