A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and four months, Defendant B imprisonment with prison labor of ten months, and Defendant C, respectively, shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On August 18, 2017, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for ten months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (reburial, etc.) at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 26, 2017.

A.
