Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2015, the Defendant sentenced the Suwon District Court to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, and on November 13, 2015, the Suwon District Court sentenced the Defendant to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for bodily injury, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 22, 2016 at the Suwon District Court.

around 12:05 on July 7, 2016, the Defendant driven a G Kazon vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.215% at a section of about 300 meters, namely, the Dong Park of Ansan-si and the Dong Park of Ansan-si in the street of 145 neighboring areas, to the street of 109 neighboring areas.
