A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2013, at around 19:40, the Defendant 2013 Go-Ma796: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in DNA singing practice room operated by the victim C (the age of 48) in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) was defective that the victim E (the age of 55) who was on the part of the Defendant did not take a bath; (c) the victim E (the age of 55) did not take a bath; (d) the victim E’s head debt fright, and knife the victim E’s head debt, and knife it once by hand; (d) the victim C’s knife, shoulder and hyri part with drinking four times; (d) the victim E’s head knife the head of the victim E; and (e) the victim E knife the victim’s part necessary for treatment; and (e) the victim E knife part 2 necessary for treatment.

2. On December 26, 2013, from around 22:10 to 23:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) at Hju 3, operated by the victim G (n, 48 years of age) located in the Hanam Budget Group F; (b) the victim I (n, 49 years of age) brought about the victim’s drinking and massage on the Defendant’s order; and (c) the victim I expressed the victim I’s abusive theory that “I will bring about the victim’s drinking and massage.” The victim I sees the right side of the bridge, sees the victim I’s left part of the bar five times; and (d) the victim G she expressed the victim’s desire to “I son, bit bit bit bit bit bit son, bit bit bit son, bit bit son, or son son son son son ran ran ran ran ran ran ran ran ran ran.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims, and interfered with the victim G dan business.
