1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons
Based on the facts, Defendant B was appointed as a public official around March 10, 2004, and from January 10, 2013, Defendant B served as a public official in charge of education in Section C under the Jeju-do Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter “Defendant Jeju-do”).
The plaintiff is engaged in agriculture in Seocho-si D.
