Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 29, 2015, Defendants and C’s special larceny Defendants and C: (a) around 14:25, 2015, around the second floor E stores of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building; (b) C and Defendant B returned to the store; and (c) distributed the victim F’s trial lines; and (d) Defendant A stored one of the 338,000 won at the victim’s own market price displayed therein in a household and stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. Defendant A and C’s special theft Defendant A and C, around 15:00 on January 11, 2015, committed a theft of the property owned by the victims by combining them with 1,309,50 won in the market price on three occasions as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table, including (1), (2), and (8), and (500 won in the market price on three occasions, such as (1), (309,50 won in the market price) and (500 won in the first floor H store in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. Defendant B and C’s special larceny: around 14:00 on March 29, 2015, at the K event store of the first floor in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant B returned to the store; Defendant B distributed the starting line of the victim L; and C included one point of KRW 50,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession displayed at that place in a bank; and C committed a theft of the victim’s property by combining the two items of KRW 741,90 in total market price over 13 times, as described in attached list of crimes, including (9), (10), (11), and (14) through (22).

4. On March 8, 2015, Defendant A: (a) at the third floor M retail store in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Defendant A stolen a set of 367,800 won in total market price over two occasions, including: (b) the victim’s market price displayed in the store by crebing the victim’s N’s surveillance; (c) 69,800 won in a double bank; and (d) the theft; and (d) the type of 367,800 won in a market price over two occasions as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
