1. Basic facts

As to the Plaintiff’s purchase and ownership on March 23, 1956, D, the father of the Plaintiff, completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance on February 19, 1973. 2) The Plaintiff’s registration of ownership transfer was completed on February 19, 1973, 1973, 2) The 1st 5th 5th 7th malary of C forest was divided into three malary of February 19, 1973, and the 1st 4th malary of E forest.
