1. Basic facts
A. The ownership change of land No. 1 in Busan Dong-gun was divided into 80 square meters of C, 74 square meters of C, 74 square meters of C, and E forest on June 29, 1973. After that, when J died on December 18, 1978, the Plaintiff, his spouse, completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land of this case on September 7, 1994 due to property inheritance.

(The reason for the registration of ownership transfer by the defendant is a sale, but the substance is no particular dispute between the parties in the case of inheritance).
The Defendant’s possession of the land in the dispute in this case and the network H, the father of the Defendant, around 1970, is the land in this case and the land in this case.
