Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2, 2014, at around 17:35, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business, by force, interfered with the Victim C’s business by entering, without permission, the premises of the inspection from C inspection located in the Masan-si, Masan-si E, Changwon-si, the Sinsan-si, which is managed by the Victim D, to make preparations for the inspection unlocked of the inspection, and correcting the entrance of the inspection by leaving the door door at the front door of the Mansan-si, and thereby preventing the government from being able to wear,

2. On April 3, 2014, from around May 1, 2014 to around May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded an entrance that did not correct the said C debentures managed by the victim D.
