Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2014, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven a Bknife vehicle with approximately KRW 700-meter section from the Hancheon-si, Seocheon-si to the same Gu road before the same Gu-ro 262 Em-ro, 262.126% of blood alcohol concentration.
