On December 20, 2014, at around 23:58, the Defendant driven B Lone Star vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.092%, at a distance of about 200 meters from the day before the 262-ro route to the day before the Dong-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
