1. The Defendant’s KRW 12,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from July 16, 2019 to May 20, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 27, 2007, the Plaintiff completed the marriage report with C and the Plaintiff, and one child (the child was born in 2012) between C and C.

B.
