Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On April 4, 2013, at around 19:40, 201, a person drives C non-performance vehicle with approximately 0.198% alcohol content in the section of about 4km from the front to the front road of the west-gu, west-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 51-1 located on the roads of the Yannam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the Yandong-dong, west-gu, Yancheon-gu.

2. While under the influence of alcohol at the same time, the driver of the vehicle has driven the said 5-lane vehicle at the same time and proceeded with about 10 km per hour from the side of the Chungcheong Hospital along two-lanes. Since the driver of the vehicle leads to the following behind the victim D (the 51-year-old driving) Eone Star passenger car in the same direction, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the accidents such as ensuring the safety distance to avoid such accidents when driving the said 5-lane vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and neglecting to drive the said 5-lane road at the same time, and neglecting to provide detailed treatment for the said 5-day driver’s license, the 5-day driver’s license and the part of the said 5-day driver’s license and the above 5-day driver’s license and the part of the said 5-day driver’s license and the above 5-day driver’s license and the part of the said 5-day driver’s license and the above 5-day driver’s license and the above 6-day driver’s license and the above 5-day driver’s license.
