Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a rocketing car.

1. On January 11, 2019, at around 23:42, the Defendant driven the said car by driving the said car by driving the two-lane road near Western-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, by using one-lane road from the surface of the tent terminal to the surface of the tent terminal, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.150% of the blood alcohol concentration.
