1. The defendant shall pay 40,503,320 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 27, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

On May 4, 2005, the Plaintiff filed an order against the Defendant to pay the agreed amount with the Changwon District Court Jinwon Branch Branch 2005Ra2533, and the said court issued an order to pay “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 40,503,320 won with 20% interest per annum from the day following the delivery of the payment order to the day of full payment.”

The above payment order was served on the defendant on June 26, 2005 and became final and conclusive on July 12, 2005.

The plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim established by the above payment order.
