Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, upon receiving a trainee who was an industrial trainee, entered the Republic of Korea on June 1, 2004, and left the Republic of Korea on May 30, 2007. The Defendant attempted to enter the Republic of Korea by pretending to be another person who is difficult to re-enter the Republic of Korea by normal means, acquired a forged passport under the name of E through C, Brered with a inner name passport, and acquired a visa of the Republic of Korea using the above forged passport.

On June 22, 2011, the Defendant presented the above forged passport and visa to the public official in charge of entry inspection at the Incheon International Airport entry inspection team, and entered the Republic of Korea as if he was E.

B. On July 4, 2011, the Defendant presented the above forged passport, his photograph, etc. to the public official in charge of foreigner registration at the Suwon Immigration Office located in the Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and made a foreigner registration under his/her name.

In this way, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties by fraudulent means.

2. Defendant B, upon receiving industrial trainee visa, entered Korea on May 19, 2003 on May 16, 2006, and left Korea on May 16, 2006. The Defendant, as if it is difficult to re-enter Korea by normal means, pretended to enter Korea as another person, and acquired a forged passport with the name-free passport B and F product through a name-free passport b, and acquired a visa using the above forged passport.

On May 26, 2010, the Defendant presented the above forged passport and visa to the public official in charge of entry inspection at the Incheon Airport Airport entry inspection team, and entered the Republic of Korea as if he was B.

B. On June 11, 2010, the Defendant is forged at the Daejeon Immigration Office's office in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si, Daejeon, and the public official in charge of foreigner registration.
