1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,300,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 13, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
