1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,720,250, and KRW 6% per annum from August 1, 2014 to November 27, 2015, and complete payment from the following day.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
