A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2012, the Defendant purchased D’s house and site in Changwon-si E, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, a licensed real estate agent, at KRW 1100 million, and intended to newly build the said house and 25 square meters. However, upon finding out that C was unable to carry out a house with 15 square meters or more under the location that it is impossible to secure a parking lot, the Defendant testified to the effect that the said C received a real estate brokerage commission (hereinafter “commission”) beyond the statutory limit, with false testimony to the effect that it was unable to gather such female.

On January 8, 2013, around 14:30, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath in the court of Masan-gun, Changwon District Court No. 220, Masan-gun, Changwon-gun, Changwon-gun, Seoul, as a witness of the case violating the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions Act to the above court No. 2015, Mar. 8, 2012.
