1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,281,675 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from January 10, 2014 to December 11, 2014, and the following.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the entire pleadings, the fact that the plaintiff engaged in meat wholesale retail business continuously supplied meat to the defendant who operates the restaurant, and the fact that the price of the goods the defendant did not pay to the plaintiff as of January 9, 2014, is up to 31,281,675 won.

The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 31,281,675 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum prescribed by the Commercial Act from January 10, 2014 to December 11, 2014, which is the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order from January 10, 2014, and 20% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
