1. The defendant shall pay 3,861,880 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 7, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On January 21, 2019, the Plaintiff leased the name at the time when the Defendant purchased the vehicles listed in the separate sheet at the Defendant’s request.
B. On March 29, 2019, the Plaintiff terminated the title trust agreement with the Defendant, and around April 10, 2019, the Plaintiff paid on behalf of the Defendant the total amount of KRW 2,045,060, KRW 3,861,80, imposed on the motor vehicles listed in the attached Table, KRW 89,380, environmental improvement charges, KRW 1,227,80, and KRW 2,045,060, and KRW 3,861,880, imposed on the motor vehicles listed in the attached Table.
2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
