1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. Around January 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting forth a lease agreement with the Defendant for the lease of the part of the attached Form No. 21,378,650 square meters (including value-added tax) at rent 21,378,650 (including the part of the instant building), from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) among the three-story 1,114 square meters of the third floor of the building of the instant concrete structure adjacent to the building, which is the Plaintiff’s management property, to the Defendant, and delivered the instant part of the building to the Defendant.

B. The main contents of the instant lease agreement are as follows.

Article 4 (Payment of Rent) Rent shall be paid within a designated deadline in accordance with a payment notice issued by the lessor, and if the lessor fails to pay within the designated deadline, late payment charges under Article 57 (5) of the Assets Management Regulations for the Corporation shall be paid; hereinafter the same shall apply) Article 14 (Refund of Rental Property) shall be refunded in the original condition in the presence of the lessor when the lease period expires or the contract is terminated or terminated.

(8) Matters not specified in the above conditions shall be stipulated in the Assets Management Regulations of Railroad Corporation.
