Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Ground Building (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. In order to lease the 484 square meters of underground floor and ground floor among the instant building (hereinafter “instant store”), the Plaintiff, in accordance with the agreement with the Defendants, prepared a lease agreement with Defendant C, the mother of Defendant B or Defendant B, as the lessee, on four occasions as follows.
