Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for up to eight months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On August 2017, the Defendant violated the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention: (a) provided false medical records as if he/she received medical treatment in order to claim insurance proceeds, and (b) provided a false proposal to issue a medical certificate, if necessary, and (c) provided the insurance company’s receipt of insurance proceeds in the name of the medical expenses from the insurance company.

(1) On September 1, 2017, the Defendant, along with F and G, made a false medical record by using a false medical certificate as if he/she suffered pictures, even though he/she did not have suffered pictures with F and G and his/her children H, and the Defendant, upon the F’s request on September 11, 2017, made false medical record, such as issuing “the 2th degree video of his/her hand and hand,” and “the 2th degree video of his/her son and son,” with H, with the Defendant’s “the 2th degree video of his/her son and son,” and submitted the claim documents accompanied by the said medical record.

The Defendant, in collusion with F and G, deceiving the staff in charge of the victim I corporation as such, and received KRW 500,000 as consolation money from the staff in charge on September 13, 2017, G from the above date to October 14, 2017, and received insurance money totaling KRW 1,90,042 from the victims by insurance fraud as shown in the annexed list of crimes (1) from the above date to October 14, 2017.

(2) On September 8, 2017, the Defendant, together with F and J, is willing to either intentionally cause a traffic accident with F and J, and to claim insurance proceeds by using a false diagnosis certificate, even though there was no injury due to a traffic accident. On September 17, 2017, J is driving a vehicle with the NW on the front parking lot of Yongcheon-si K Apartment-si, Yongcheon-si.
