Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. At around 13:48 on September 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed two garments in the “D” clothes store located under the “D” store located under the “D” building C of the Goyang-dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City building B; (b) placed two crebs in the victim E (31 years of age) who operates the said store, and cut off one 37,000 won of the market price in a way that the crebs in which the surveillance of the victim E (31 years of age) who operates the said store were neglected; and (c) put the remainder on one part of the above crebs, and then put it in his shopping bags.
B. At around 14:20 on September 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sought clothes for shopping in the “H” clothing store located in the Dong-dong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) discovered a mobile phone where the victim I (59 years of age), who is an employee of the said store, was placed in the front line; and (c) stolen one credit card in the victim’s name stored in the said mobile phone and the said case, which was destroyed by neglecting the victim’s surveillance.
2. Specialized credit financial business and fraud;
A. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant purchased 15,000 won or more of 15,000 won or more at the store of "K" located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si, and then used stolen credit cards by presenting the stolen one credit card to the victim (48 years of age) who operates the store as his/her own under the above 1-B and by paying the price for the goods. (b) On September 18, 2018, the Defendant acquired the stolen amount of the price for the goods by presenting the stolen amount to the victim (48 years of age). The Defendant purchased the cosmetic equivalent to 11,000 won or more at the store of "N" located in the above 14:40 won or more of 14:30,000 won or more at the store of "N," and used the 111,000 won or more of the market price to pay for the stolen amount of goods by 34,000 won or more.
C. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant is equivalent to 14,000 won at the market price from the “Ranansan-dong Q in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si.
