A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on November 8, 2016, transferred clothes to the account later, even if he was deemed not to pay the price for the goods, in light of the “D” clothes for the operation of the Victim C in Gui-si, Sin-si, Gui-si on November 12:00, 2016.

2.
