Criminal facts
1. Around 12:45 on June 1, 2019, the Defendant driving a DNA Maz car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.161% from the first section of approximately 1 kilometer from the window B of Changwon-si to the front road of the same Gu C.
