1. The Defendant estimated to the Plaintiff 35 million won as well as 15% per annum from May 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the defendant prepared and delivered a letter of payment stating that he will pay 35 million won to the plaintiff by June 30, 2015.
