1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay 50 million won to the Plaintiff and 24% per annum from November 19, 201 to the date of full payment.

According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff loaned KRW 50,000 to defendant B on September 7, 2010 as the maturity date of September 6, 2011, interest rate of KRW 1.5% per month, and delay damages rate of KRW 2% per month, and the defendant C guaranteed the defendant Eul's obligation to the plaintiff, respectively, and the fact that the defendants repaid the interest accrued until November 18, 201.

Comprehensively taking account of the above facts acknowledged, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 50 million won and the damages for delay calculated by adding 24% per annum to the agreed damages for delay from November 19, 201 to the date of full payment.
