Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2013, at around 01:10, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol, to move the Defendant, which was used by the police officers belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station B Zone B, on the road, at the 112-15, at the erode of Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the lower level; (b) assaulted the Defendant, who was under the influence of the Defendant to move the Defendant under the said higher level; and (c) assaulted the Defendant, who was under the influence of the Defendant, by drinking, walked the face of the said police officer at a time, and walked into a road, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by the police officers.
