A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Godan2411] On September 11, 2010, the Defendant was asked to request the victim to deliver evidentiary data because he/she was aware of the Defendant’s parent C propy photographs on his/her parents and the Defendant was living together on the premise of marriage after commencing the teaching system.
