Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 02:00 on April 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “C” located in Busan B, the Defendant: (b) expressed the desire to “C” on the ground that he interfered with business, such as, under the influence of alcohol, annoying of customers; and (c) on the ground that the annual Police Station E District securityF (the age of 42) sent to the victim after receiving a report from the relevant main place of business D, would pay the drinking value and invite him to return home on the ground that he is bad.

Accordingly, the Defendant insultingd the victim.
