A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to four years and six months of imprisonment for robbery, injury, etc. at Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on November 1, 2010 in the Ansan Prison.

1. Forgery of private documents related to joining a mobile phone, uttering of falsified investigation documents, and occupation of fraud;

A. On October 25, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) at the agency of the “AD” SK Telecom Co., Ltd. in the Namyang-ju AC without obtaining any permission from the minor AE and his legal representative on the opening of mobile phones; (b) while doing so as AE, the Defendant stated “AE” on “the applicant’s column” of the “new service contract,” which was kept by using an unexpected pen, and signed the “AE” on his name; (c) there is a defect that the minor and his legal representative’s body cannot be the same as the body of the applicant’s minor; and (d) he did not know of the fact as delegated by AF on the preparation of the service contract; and (d) after having the employee enter his name “the applicant’s new service applicant’s column”; and (e) after having the employee enter his name “the customer’s confirmation document” in the “A” column “A” column “the customer(s)” column “the customer(s)” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged “a new service contract” in the name of AE and AF, “LET Plus Subscription Certificate”, and “a terminal installment transaction contract”.

B. The Defendant at the above time, at the same place, issued a forged “service contract”, “LTE discount subscription certificate”, and “the contract for the installment transaction of a device” to an employee who was aware of the forgery at the above time and place, and exercised it as if it were the document duly formed.
