Punishment of the crime
On August 13, 2014, at around 14:15, the Defendant driven a vehicle of about 200 meters from the two sides of the road in front of the Haak-gu, Daegu Suwon-gu, Seoul, without the driver's license, at approximately 200 meters from the same side of the road.
